Hotel policies

The daily room price includes:

​

• Wi-Fi internet access for guests

• Free local calls at reception

• Towels for use in the room

• Parking subject to space

• Up to two minors  (0-6 years) free when sharing with an adult.  

The time of entry to the hotel is from 3:00 p.m.

The departure time is before 12:00 hrs

Departure after 12:00 hrs 50% of the rate

Departure after 4:00 p.m. 100% of the rate 

Minimum age to check in is 18 years old

The maximum occupancy capacity is 4 people (adults or minors)

The hotel has 24 hour video surveillance and recording cameras in common areas.

Cancellations :

Cancellation policies may vary, depending on the rate or the dates of the reservation. Check the reservation confirmation to verify the cancellation policy. If you need assistance, please call the hotel directly or contact customer service. bookings@bluecoconutcancunhotel.com

Payments :

The room is paid in advance

We accept payment in cash, credit or debit card, (visa or master card) and payment in foreign currency at the exchange rate of the day

Pets :

Pets are not allowed

Smoking:

All rooms and public spaces are 100% smoke free. A cleaning fee of $ 250 will be charged  pesos to all guests who violate the smoking policy.

Parking :

We have space to park your car, subject to availability at the time of your arrival.

NOTICE : We are not responsible for theft of a vehicle, as well as damage suffered by theft, accident or force majeure events. Do not leave belongings in it.
